MEET YOUR DIRECTOR
AUSTIN MARLER: HY & HYA PASTOR
Pastor Austin directs Harvest Church Youth and Young Adult Ministries. Interns will work closely with Pastor Austin and his teams to learn how to run a successful youth ministry.

You will participate in the planning of youth events, activities, and programs; gaining hands-on experience in creating engaging and impactful experiences for young people.

You will take an active role in executing the plans you have helped create, ensuring that youth ministry initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

Through active involvement in various aspects of youth ministry, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day life of a church's youth ministry, gaining practical experience that goes beyond theory.

Develop and refine your leadership skills by taking on responsibilities and leading activities within the youth ministry, contributing to its growth and success.
